Big Game Weekend 2018 Recap Featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Big Sean and Migos

Drai’s Nightclub was the premier nightlife destination to be at for all your Big Game weekend needs, with partygoers from all over coming out for what was another stacked lineup! The kickoff started Friday with our newest resident artist and R&B sensation Ty Dolla $ign, with superstar rapper Big Sean keeping the momentum going for Saturday, and the biggest rap group in the world Migos to cap off the weekend! There were plenty of special guests that came out as well to join in on the Big Game festivities.

Friday night was Ty Dolla $ign’s second performance here at Drai’s Nightclub, with fans anxious to see him grace the Drai’s LIVE stage once again. He started with “Fade” by Kanye West before breaking out to the classic club anthem “Toot It and Boot It,” as tables started to make it rain all over the club from the excitement. “Where all my day 1 Ty fans right now, make some noise!” with loud cheers going across the stage. Ty continued with chart-toppers like “You and Your Friends,” “Paranoid,” and even brought out TeeCee4800 for “Only Right”! He also had to slow it down for the ladies for a bit, dimming the lights to perform “Something New” and Beach House 3 singles “Lil Favorite” and “Love You Better.” Ty Dolla $ign closed the night by asking “what’s up with all the birthday people in the building tonight?!” as he went into “Blasé,” shaking as many hands as possible in the process. The Taylor Gang crooner continues to kill it with his amazing live shows!

The energy kept going well into Saturday night with Big Sean returning to perform for Big Game weekend, and tables once again continued to make it rain all evening with the Drai’s Dirty Dancers entertaining the crowd. Sean started the evening off with “Go Legend,” from his most recent collaborative LP Double or Nothing with Metro Boomin. “Everyone make some noise right now! If you from Vegas make some noise, if you from outta town make some noise, Midwest, East Coast, South, West Coast! I’m ready to have a good time with y’all. If you ready to party say hell yeah!” with of course, boisterous roars filling the venue. GOOD Music anthems “I Don’t Like,” “Clique and “Mercy” were performed, with people singing along to each and every word. “Y’all having a good time in this mother****** or what?!” as Big Sean reaches into the crowd. He then took time in the end to show his appreciation to his fans. “I appreciate each and every one of you for supporting me, for real for real.” Sean concluded the night on a high note with chart-toppers “IDFWU” and “Bounce Back.”

Last but certainly not least, we celebrated the end of Big Game weekend Sunday night with a performance from Migos. Plenty of special guests arrived, with comedian Hannibal Buress seen with close friends hanging out at the stage-side VIP booths. We also saw Canadian rappers and XO signees NAV and Belly were spotted hanging out with Migos and their crew, enjoying themselves throughout the evening.

Anticipation was high for Migos to return to perform some Culture II bangers for the first time on the Drai’s LIVE stage, and with that they came out to “Higher We Go” to the delight of everyone! “Make some noise right now, if you getting money in 2018 can I get a Migos!” Quavo asked the crowd as “MIGOS” was yelled on top of their lungs. The rap triumvirate kept the energy going with more countless hits such as “Ice Tray,” “Deadz” and “Slippery.” “New Freezer” then started to play, and to everyone’s surprise Rich the Kid came out alongside Migos to perform the smash hit! “If you got that Culture II make some noise!” while C2 singles “Walk It Talk It,” “BBO” and “MotorSport” were next. The night was then wrapped up with the catchy Pharrell-produced single, “Stir Fry,” getting everyone still up and dancing!

It was another fun-filled and momentous weekend here at Drai’s; we want to thank each and every one of you for coming out to Drai’s Nightclub for your Big Game celebrations!
