Tip, known as the King of the South, co-founded Grand Hustle Records, which is distributed through Atlantic Records, in order to kick off his music career. He started creating buzz when he created a series of mixtapes with DJ Drama. His second studio album, Trap Muzik, started his rise to fame which featured hit singles including "24s" and "Rubberband Man." In 2004 he followed up with the album Urban Legend, which included the hit record "Bring 'Em Out." 2006 saw his most substantial release, King, with several chart-toppers like "What You Know," "Why You Wanna" and "Top Back." Tip also appeared as a guests on many singles working with Drake, Lil Wayne, Justin Timberlake and many more.
