Fresh from releasing his EP The Play Don’t Care Who Makes It, leading a team of hip-hop ballers during the adidas-sponsored East vs. West Hip-Hop All-Star Game, and making his incredible residency debut here at Drai’s Nightclub earlier this week, there’s even more in store for 2 Chainz fans. The Atlanta native announced his fifth long-player will be named Rap or Go to the League during Def Jam’s NBA All-Star Weekend party, and celebrated it with a massive blimp to promote it. The whole theme revolves around basketball as it was revealed during All-Star Weekend, the name of the project, his affinity for the game, and his history with playing college ball. Following up his highly-lauded LP Pretty Girls Like Trap Music and being featured on the stacked Black Panther soundtrack alongside Kendrick Lamar, Saudi and ScHoolboy Q, 2 Chainz is looking to make 2018 his year.
