Drai’s LIVE resident artist Big Sean has been tapped to star in PUMA’s Breaker Knit sneaker campaign. Since this past March, Sean Don became a brand ambassador for PUMA and will be representing and promoting the new shoes, with his own collection set for 2018. A brand new silhouette that takes design cues from the classic PUMA Suede but with a modern twist, the shoe features a knitted sock-like construction with nubuck leather overlays and an oversized tooling with a jagged outsole for improved traction. It also draws counterculture inspirations of the New York and London punk scenes from the ’80s with its simple but aggressive dimensions and elevated platform outsoles.
The PUMA Breaker Knit is available worldwide now at select PUMA retailers and accounts for $105 USD. More iterations of the Breaker are sure to come in the coming weeks, so be on the lookout and check back with us here at the Drai’s Group blog.
