Local and out of town fans of Snoop Dogg made sure to come out last night (9/4) for his final Swim Night appearance at Drai’s Beachclub, and it was another packed house for Las Vegas’s hottest rooftop party! Once again we had the always energetic and talented DJ Sourmilk starting the night off for us, playing the best in today’s hip-hop and R&B accompanied by our Drai’s Dirty Dancers on stage to get the crowd going. It was a beautiful Tuesday evening under the stars as partygoers popped bottles and danced the night away, most certainly making a splash throughout the night; all of this being experienced with the best view of the Strip atop the roof of The Cromwell!
Snoop started his show out in a big way with “Still D.R.E” and “Next Episode” to rousing applause all over the venue – “What up though? Shout out to everyone from out of town; play this next one for them!” He then took us back to the Snoop Doggy Dogg days with West Coast staple track “Gin and Juice” as fans sang along to the classic. “I think I should do something for the ladies – there’s a lot of beautiful girls here, damn! They’re everywhere!” as we heard all the ladies scream to the tune of “I Wanna Love You.” Snoop made sure to perform fan-favorites “P.I.M.P.,” “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” “Ain’t No Fun” and more, taking the party to another level! “My name is Snoop Dogg, I love y’all! Gimme one more, I don’t think they know my name!” He closed his show out fittingly with “Who Am I (What’s My Name),” making sure to leave a lasting impression for his final Swim Night appearance for the fans! “Las Vegas I hope you had a good time with me tonight! Everybody here, this is how the wild wild west goes! Drai’s, my name is Big Snoop Dogg – peace, love, I’m out!”
