Born on May 5, 1989 in Tappahannock, Virginia, Chris Brown's start as a teen heartthrob, dance prowess, and impeccable vocals landed him R&B and pop hits such as "Run It!," "Kiss Kiss" and "Forever." The Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and actor got signed to Jive Records in 2004, releasing his self-titled debut album the following year and peaking at no. 2 and eventually being certified double platinum by the RIAA. Brown's second album Exclusive was another huge success, being certified double platinum as well. Followed up with Graffiti, F.A.M.E., Fortune, X and Royalty, Breezy recently released a massive 45-track double LP Heartbreak on a Full Moon, with a deluxe edition having 12 additional tracks shortly after. To date Chris Brown has amassed over 74 million sales and streaming units from his albums and singles combined, crowning him one of the 10 most successful R&B talents in the history of the RIAA.
