TIP Drops New Tracks “Jefe” Feat. Meek Mill; “Wraith” Feat. Yo Gotti
by DRAI’S / September 7, 2018
We got some big news to share for TIP fans today as the Grand Hustle boss released two new singles, “Jefe” and “Wraith.” “Jefe” sees TIP reunite with fellow Drai’s resident Meek Mill over a Latin-flavored sound, trading rhymes about their lavish lifestyles and even trying their hand at some Spanish over the Bangladesh-produced beat. Another Drai’s resident, Yo Gotti, joins in on the mix for the trap-inflected “Wraith” track, produced by the legendary Scott Storch. It looks like TIP is finally giving us a taste of his long-awaited 10th studio album The Dime Trap, set to release sometime later this year. Today also marks the 10-year anniversary of his standout Paper Trail single “Swagga Like Us” featuring JAY-Z, Kanye West, Lil Wayne and M.I.A. Stream “Jefe” and “Wraith” below.
Be sure to catch the return of TIP tomorrow, September 8 at Drai’s Nightclub! Click here for tickets.
