HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE GUEST LIST?

You can request to be on the guest list on online at https://draisgroup.com/las-vegas/calendar/. Once you choose an event, click ‘Buy Tickets’ then select ‘Reservation Inquiry’ and select ‘Guest List’ with your details filled out. Please note you are not guaranteed guest list.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Pre-sale tickets are available online at https://draisgroup.com/las-vegas/calendar/. Once you choose an event, click ‘Buy Tickets’.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TABLE SERVICE?

Table service can be purchased online at https://draisgroup.com/las-vegas/calendar/. Once you choose an event, click ‘Book Table’.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT UPCOMING EVENTS?

CAN YOU SCAN MY TICKET FROM MY CELLPHONE?

Yes, we will have scanners on site to scan your phone on the night of the event.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOST MY TICKET?

You can show the electronic attachment on your phone or you can reprint your ticket prior to the event.

WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE FORM OF IDENTIFICATION?

A current, non-expired, valid photo ID is required of every patron visiting our Beachclub/Nightclub and all guests must be 21 years of age or older. The following forms of ID are acceptable: United States or Canada issued driver’s licenses; passports (as long as there are no missing pages, or expired); United States government-issued IDs. Canadian driver’s licenses are the only form of international IDs that are accepted besides passports. Mexican IDs and medical marijuana cards are prohibited.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING IN A BAG?

All bags and personal items are subject to search. Bags are allowed in Beachclub but not allowed in Nightclub. Small purses are allowed in Nightclub. A complete list of prohibited items can be found online at https://draisgroup.com/las-vegas/nigthclub/dress-code/

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING IN MEDICATIONS?

No, you are not allowed to bring in medications to the club.

HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?

AS A TICKET HOLDER, WHAT AM I ENTITLED TO?

As a ticket holder you are entitled access to the ticket holder entrance area and entrance if you arrive before the time listed on your ticket.

DO YOU OFFER PRINT AT HOME OR MAIL OPTIONS?

We do not offer mail options. Tickets would need to be printed prior to arrival if you elect to not use the electronic attachment. Refund policy: We do not offer refunds. All questions regarding discrepancies should be sent to [email protected]

DO TICKET PRICES RAISE CLOSER TO THE EVENT?

Ticket prices increase as the event gets closer. We encourage purchasing tickets as far in advance as you can. You can check out our updated calendar here.

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TICKETS?

No, tickets cannot be transferred. You cannot change the name on your original purchase.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Parking is available but limited, along with valet. Early arrival is recommended.

IS THERE A COAT CHECK?

Coat check is available by the retail store upstairs.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN PRE-SALE TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT?

When pre-sale tickets are sold out, buying a table would be the only option available. However, tables can sell out as well so we recommend buying tables when they become available.

I SEE MANY PEOPLE ALONG THE LAS VEGAS STRIP SELLING ENTRY INTO DRAI’S INCLUDING TICKETS, WRISTBANDS, VIP ACCESS, EXPEDITED ENTRY, VIP TABLES… ARE THEY LEGIT?

Only Drai’s employees, for example promoters and hosts, have the access to sell legit tickets. Hard tickets do not exist, and all transactions happen electronically.

I HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE AT A THIRD PARTY HOSTING COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY REPRESENT DRAI’S. HOW CAN I TELL IF THEY ARE LEGIT?

Booking through a Drai’s employee is the only way to ensure the best experience and that your purchase is 100% legitimate.

WHAT ARE DRAI’S NIGHTCLUB HOURS OF OPERATIONS?

Drai’s Nightclub is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 p.m.-4:00 a.m.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF “CHECKING IN” AT THE NIGHTCLUB FOR MY TABLE RESERVATION?

In order to check in for your table reservation, you should check in before 11:00 p.m. at the ‘Table Service’ check-in area located in front of the club entrance. Please ensure all party members have an acceptable form of identification, and all funds have been secured prior to arrival. Provide the name for the reservation to the host and he will direct you to the appropriate area.

WHERE DO I GO, THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT, IF I HAVE PURCHASED GENERAL ADMISSION EVENT TICKETS?

If you have purchased general admission tickets, please check in before 11:00 p.m. and find your way to the General Admission area. Please ensure that you have an acceptable form of identification.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN DRAI’S NIGHTCLUB?

ONCE I’M INSIDE, CAN I LEAVE AND REENTER THE NIGHTCLUB?

Reentry into the Nightclub is subject to change depending on the event. Most nights, there is no reentry. See the door on the day of your event for more information.
