Lil Wayne to Celebrate 10-Year Anniversary of ‘Tha Carter III’ at 4th Annual Lil WeezyAna Festival
by DRAI’S / May 9, 2018
Drai’s resident artist Lil Wayne has officially announced his fourth annual Lil WeezyAna Festival, being held in New Orleans, Louisiana! In addition to unveiling the official flyer and concert date via his Instagram, Wayne will be celebrating the 10-year anniversary of his groundbreaking 2008 album, Tha Carter III. Tha Carter III featured some of Lil Wayne’s most commercially successful singles including “Lollipop,” “A Milli,” “Mrs. Officer” and more, so fans are definitely in for a special treat at this year’s fest. The Young Money boss has headlined every Lil WeezyAna Fest so far, starting with a special performance in 2015 when he reunited with the Hot Boys from their early Cash Money days, and then brought fellow labelmate Drake out as a surprise. Take a look at the flyer via Lil Wayne’s Instagram below.
