Future Is Back at Drai’s LIVE for Horror Story Day 3
by DRAI’S / October 30, 2017
(10/28/17) Resident Drai’s LIVE artist Future came back swinging for day 3 of Horror Story Halloween weekend! Fans and partygoers alike came dressed in their best costumes joining in on the frightful festivities as Drai’s Nightclub was filled with Halloween decor throughout the whole venue. The Freebandz general brought his posse out on stage to join in on the performance, getting the crowd excited by asking “if you from out of town make some mothaf**kin noise!” The mood is set starting with “Wicked” from his Purple Reign mixtape, definitely amping up the packed venue. Next up was “I’m So Groovy” from his latest hit album FUTURE, followed by chart-topper “X” from 21 Savage’s Savage Mode. He then followed up with the classic “Too Much Sauce” from fellow resident DJ Esco’s Project E.T.
“Stick Talk” along with “Thought It Was a Drought” are then performed from his critically-acclaimed DS2 album. Hendrix keeps the hits coming with “Jumpman” getting everyone moving, from his incredible collaborative project with Drake What a Time to be Alive. “Blasé” (feat. fellow Drai’s LIVE residents Rae Sremmurd) is next, as Future asks “if you from the West Coast make some noise right now!” Club banger “New Level” from A$AP Ferg’s Always Strive and Prosper album is then performed, then “Sh!t” from Future’s earlier Honest project. Another classic “March Madness” is then played from his 56 Nights mixtape (hosted by DJ Esco).
Hendrix’s biggest DS2 hit “F*ck Up Some Commas” gets the crowd amped up, followed with arguably his biggest hit and recent chart-topper “Mask Off” getting everyone off their seats and singing along. Future concludes the night with “Three” from his just-released Super Slimey project with Young Thug.
