Fabolous and Ashanti Get Together For “Ashanti Remix” Video

Drai’s resident rapper Fabolous has just dropped off the music video for “Ashanti Remix” featuring the one and only Ashanti. You may remember back in 2016 when Fab released his Summertime Shootout 2: The Level Up mixtape that included the track “Ashanti,” where he incorporated Ashanti’s songs “Foolish” and “Always on Time” with his own flair. Today we’re treated to the official remix of the said track, this time enlisting the R&B songstress. We see the two setting up and getting ready for a fancy dinner date in NYC, as the two eventually meet up in the last half of the video as Ashanti comes in with her sultry verse. This may be the precursor to Fab’s upcoming Summertime Shootout III mixtape — as you also saw a sneak preview of “Ooh Yea” featuring fellow Drai’s resident Ty Dolla $ign that’s dropping July 13 — so be on the lookout.
